Plushura FAQ’S

Are Plushura products natural and chemical free?

Yes, they are! Plushura uses only pure, fresh, natural, quality-driven ingredients that deliver results!  We use no dyes, artificial coloring, or artificial fragrances – essential oils and the scent of the plant extracts are the aroma of the product.  Our mask contains 2 active ingredients that are not natural, but highly effective: Retinyl Palmitate (vitamin A retinoyl) & Salicylic Acid - effective for acne prone skin and anti-aging. 

Are your products vegan?

We love animals! Our products are 100% vegan with no animal derived or tested ingredients whatsoever. We only buy Fairtrade sourced ingredient from ethical suppliers.

What certification do you have?

We are working towards getting our Vegan Certification, PETA, Leaping Bunny and Natural Skincare Authentication this year. 

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

The only product we don’t recommend using during pregnancy/while nursing is the Volcanic Mineral Clay Mask. All of our products should be safe to use however, we recommend that you consult your physician to be sure these products align with your pregnancy plan.

Where do you source your materials from?

The majority of our ingredients are sourced from North America, South America and Europe. We do thorough research to ensure the ingredients are certified organic or are grown under organic conditions without the use of preservatives and growth enhancers.

What is the shelf life of Plushura products?

Our products do have a shelf life of typically 12 months. If our products are kept out of direct sunlight and at room temperature or below, they will stay fresher longer. In the rare case that you purchase one of our products and find that it is not at its freshest point, please email us at so we can handle this on a case-by-case basis.

Do Plushura products contain any nut oils?

Yes, some of our products include shea butter, coconut oil, sunflower seed oil, macadamia oil and almond oil. We recommend consulting your doctor first if you have a nut allergy.

Can I buy Plushura products at a store?

Can I use more than one promo code at a time?

Promotion codes are limited to one code per order, and in some cases, promotions can only be redeemed once per person. Offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion codes. All promotion codes are available for a limited time and cannot be use once expired. Promotions are not redeemable for cash. Plushura reserves the right to change or rescind offers and promotion codes at any time. Please note that misuse of promotions and codes may result in order cancellation.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

Are Plushura products gluten-free?

Some of our products might fit the profile of being gluten-free, but not all of them do. If you have a gluten allergy or intolerance, please consult the ingredient decks and your doctor before using any Plushura products. 

Is it normal to feel tingling when using the Volcanic clay mask?

Yes, most definitely. When it comes to using a new product or ingredient (like Salicylic acid), start slowly and let your skin adjust. We use high concentrations in our products to ensure effectiveness, some mild tingling is not a bad thing!

Are your products made in Canada?

Yes, all of our products are made, designed and tested in Canada. All products are made in smaller batch sizes to ensure optimal freshness and potency.  



Free shipping over $60 applies to standard shipping on orders within the U.S. and Canada only.

Please note the recipient is responsible for any import taxes, duties or other fees. We are unable to control or predict fees - please contact your customs office if you have questions about your order.

How fast is your shipping

We work hard to get you your order as quickly as possible. Most of our orders are shipped within 24-48 hours from our office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We ship with Canada Post or USPS. Most orders are delivered within 3-5 business days of its ship date. Please note we do not ship on the weekend or Canadian/ US holidays.

For international orders

Please allow up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. Usually it will arrive sooner, but customs departments do have the right to hold items and there is not much we can do about this. Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs to you.

Returns and exchanges

We believe and dedicate time in the products we make.  We are confident that you will love them as much as we do! However, if, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your products, simply contact us within 30 days of your initial purchase, and we will handle your return or exchange on a case-by-case basis.

Please note: **Face masks, body scrubs and lip balms are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.**
